Faith. Align. Move. Unfold.

From Self-Awareness to Christ-Awareness

It starts with self-awareness, but it’s fulfilled in Christ-awareness.

At FAMU Mentorship, we believe that self-awareness is just the beginning. True transformation unfolds when self-awareness leads us into Christ-awareness—a deeper awakening to our identity, worth, and purpose as defined by Christ, not culture or circumstance.

An Extraordinary Experience

Bridging self-awareness to Christ-awareness is a transformative shift—from knowing who you are to deeply knowing Whose you are.

We empower individuals to rediscover their truth, embrace their purpose, and live with confidence and grace. Through compassionate guidance and grounded wisdom, we create safe spaces for growth, clarity, and alignment with meaning. We walk alongside each client, honoring their unique journey and equipping them to lead boldly and authentically into their next chapter.

Awaken. Align. Abide.

We guide you through an intentional journey of:

A Woman of Many Hats

My name is Faith Murithi, and my journey has been one of grace, growth, and guided transformation. I am a Christian Life Coach called to serve in the spaces of self-awareness, spirituality, and marriage.

Before I embraced coaching full-time in 2017, I spent 20 years in the corporate world, building a strong foundation in Office Administration and Management. But beneath the spreadsheets and schedules, a deeper calling was stirring—one that could no longer be silenced.

My debut book, 40 Wives of the Bible, is a heartfelt reflection on the lessons we can learn from the lives of women in Bible.

Grace, Growth, Guided Transformation

Connecting the Dots...

I come from a pastoral family, where I was raised in an environment deeply rooted in faith, wisdom, and love. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the power of spiritual guidance and how a life led by faith can navigate both triumphs and challenges. My parents, as spiritual leaders, instilled in me a deep understanding of self-worth, resilience, and the importance of living a life that reflects Christ’s love and purpose.

However, my early life was marred by a traumatic event that would shape my journey in ways I couldn’t yet comprehend. At the age of six, I experienced sexual abuse. This left scars that affected my sense of trust, self-worth, and relationships. For years, I struggled with the silence, fear and anger that often accompanies trauma, and I grappled with feelings of confusion and a lack of control over my own narrative. Despite the deep pain, my faith became a source of strength.

While I began to find healing, life presented another challenge. After nine years of dating, I went through a painful breakup that shattered everything I thought I knew about relationships. The end of this long-term relationship was a turning point, a wake-up call that forced me to confront unresolved wounds from my past and re-evaluate the patterns I had allowed to shape my adult relationships.

It was this experience that pushed me to seek mentorship and therapy, to address the childhood trauma that still lingered beneath the surface. I realized that in order to move forward, I needed to heal from within, to learn how to set healthier boundaries, and to redefine what love and relationships truly meant. Through therapy and mentorship, I began to unearth layers of pain and learn strategies to reclaim my power, embracing my worth and the fullness of God’s love.

In my pursuit of emotional healing, I realized that transformation is not accidental; it is a journey of faith, wisdom, and intentional growth. This journey not only allowed me to heal but also ignited a passion within me to help others navigate their own struggles with trauma, self-worth, and relationship challenges.

I have learned that true healing comes from within. It requires embracing the past, finding peace with it, and building a future based on love, hope, peace and faith.

Since my early years, I was captivated by the study of scripture and human relationships. I have dedicated my life to understanding what fosters deep connections, healthy relationships, and fulfilling lives. My work is an extension of this passion, helping individuals develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relationship skills to navigate life with wisdom and purpose.

My transition from a 20-year corporate career in office administration and management to full-time coaching in 2017 was driven by a deep calling to help women navigate their personal and relational challenges. What began as a passion for self-awareness and personal growth evolved into a mission to empower others through mentorship and coaching.

True transformation isn’t just about self-awareness—it’s also about spiritual alignment. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Missional Church Leadership at Christ’s Kingdom Mission College, an affiliate of the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology (MGST). This academic journey is deepening my understanding of leadership, discipleship, biblical principles, and mission-driven impact, further enriching my work in mentorship and coaching.
