FAMU Mentorship is a Kenyan women’s mentorship organization providing coaching, training, and ministry support to women individually and in small groups, across church and professional settings.

Our work centers on self-awareness and personal development — helping women understand their strengths, align their choices with their values, and move forward with clarity in both faith and daily life. Sessions are practical and structured, built around tools women can return to on their own between meetings.

We work with churches, professional networks, and individuals seeking focused, one-on-one guidance.

For Every Woman:

A 12-week program guiding women from self-awareness toward Christ-awareness. Over the course of the program, participants examine their family of origin and trace their own life map — connecting where they've come from to the purpose they're moving toward.

An 8-week program helping wives navigate the stages and four seasons of marriage — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — building practical, godly wisdom for each season's particular demands, so a wife can enjoy wifehood through every stage it moves through.

About Us

Hi, I'm Faith Murithi.

My coaching journey didn’t begin in a classroom — it began in a quiet, difficult season of life-altering transition. After closing a nine-year chapter of my life, I found myself at a crossroads that required more than time. It required a profound spiritual and personal awakening.

Through intentional introspection and the guidance of a spiritual mentor, I began to see how God was using my healing to activate my purpose. What started as a personal quest for wholeness became a calling — to help other women navigate their own paths with wisdom and grace. Today, I combine a lifelong love of Scripture with a deep understanding of human behavior, to support women in building relationships that honor their faith and their future.

I have been to a Bible School studied theology, been in many forums too, but this mentorship is where you meet with God head on, where He does what l call come let us reason together, where God gives insight into your life and the loopholes and hindrances and gives you counsel on how not to defile yourself. The outcome, the glory and the Wisdom of God that descends on you is more precious than anything. It's worth the journey it's worth the resources.
